Shipshewana Day 1

I didn’t get the early start I planned on this morning. It seems there’s always some last minute things I should have done over the weekend. Then there’s Clutch who goes into panic mode the minute he sees a suitcase come out of the closet. It’s a little difficult to pack when everything I nicely lay in the suitcase is twisted and turned into a bed for the little guy trying to stow away inside. ![]()
I’m now resting comfortably in my room at the Farmstead Inn. Nothing too exciting or quilt-worthy to share with you. Just wait until tomorrow. I’m off to Lolly’s in the morning and we’ll set up in the sewing room at 3:00 PM. Let the fun begin! |

Howdy Gay! Don’t know if my message came thru before.
Thanks for a lovely group of photos and comments.
As usual, It is was a special time to have all the Janes sewing and dreaming and shopping Shipshewana.
As I peeked over your shoulder, I admired what I thought to be quite a complexly sewn little block. Here I am still mastering nine patches!
May your summer be wonderful. ~Rebecca Haarer
