Lollipop Flowers

Clutch and I worked 12 hours yesterday, came home, crashed into bed and slept in this morning. It’s a positively beautiful day here. Birds are singing, the sun is shining and I have a list a mile long of things I’d like to accomplish. I might settle for a little stitching, putting in one section of dock, installing a new faucet in the kitchen, catching fish for my dinner and posting patterns for the Midget Block fans who’ve been neglected in the last couple weeks. 
Today’s block is another of my favorites. I love the lollipop flowers and could stitch this one up more than once.

OK .. I see 19 .. then 24 .. what happened to 20 to 23?
These are neat.. but the bait and switch is really dishartening.
I really hate to be teased with these pretty blocks then cut off. I see 1, 2 and 3 are avaiable then the next are “retired”? then 19 is avaliable no 20 to 23. Whats the deal?
