The numbness could be carpel tunnel, pinched nerve, fibromyalgia (which I have) or just plain over working from all the fishing, quilting and gardening you've been doing. :D Wish I could help you out in some way by waiving a wand and making it all go away. That sure brought back a lot of memories for me, as well. I usually ended up holding the very tip of the TV antennae so that the picture was at its clearest and heaven help me if'n I had to scratch my nose.
