Hi Gayle, I just downloaded the Amish Mystery Quilt patterns, however, in one of the
comments I noticed a change in block 14 & 15? Also there are no fabric requirements
can you help me out? I hate to start something that I may not be able to finish. I simply love your website! I soooo anxious to start the Amish Quilt so please help me out. Thanks so much for your time. Judy

I have been using the back basting method of applique several years, and would never use any other method. There is very little prep work, just draw your pattern off and start stitching. Your placement of applique pieces always fit and are so accurate. I have done the Little Brown Bird quilt this way, and would have NEVER considered doing this quilt any other way. I have taught many other ladies to use this method and they all love it.

Gayle

I enjoy your site. I have finished the State Fair Sampler, Sally Post Quilt and working on the Amish Quilt and the midget blocks. I have seen some of the upcoming projects and wish to become a member but I do not have paypal or credit card. Is there some other way I can become a member.
Waiting anxiously for you answer.

Hi Gay, I'm a quilter from Australia and have been fascinated by 'Beyond the Cherry Trees" blog site for a little while yet and I am weakening BIG TIME. Can I join in as well and how do I go about it? I can be a bit wary of online sites and to phone you is not really an option due to the time difference, although I do have a Pay Pal account. Can I get my patterns in one large mail out or not? Or maybe I can buy what is already released in one big order and the rest will arrive over time. Our Aussie Dolllar is doing very well against your greenback at the moment so it would be more economical for me to do it this way. Sorry for all the questions but i am hooked, lined and sinkered!!!! Looking forward to your reply and thanks for the inspiration
