I am confused?? Above you stated that full size patterns and placements are here, but I cannot find any patterns, only pictures. Is this supposed to be a freebie, or am I thoroughly confused?!! Thanks for all the wonderful patterns you so generously share with us. Carol

Thank you for the patterns! This is a very cute quilt.

Carol, you need to click on the block number that is above the picture of the block. It took me a little bit to figure that too.

Thank you again. God bless. Emmy

There is no fixed schedule as to when new patterns are added. As of Feb 26, 2007, there are six blocks online.

Gayle generously offers us these wonderful patterns for free. But she must make time to create the new ones in between her real life obligations, which includes running her business. So we’ll just be patient and check back each month.

    Have a great week!

Do you happen to have any more history on this pattern? I am making this for my son’s mother-in-law as she has one quite similar to it made by her grandmother in 1932. I would like to put any information (designer/date, etc.) on the label. Thank you so much for your generosity.

This is a wonderful website. I just copied the “Just for Baby” block patterns and had a question for you. Do you have any directions to finish off the quilt–the red strips dividing the squares, the binding, quilting directions?

Hi, The Just for Baby quilt pattern is adorable. I too would like the instructions for finishing the quilt, i.e., the the red strips dividing the squares, the binding, quilting directions. I am totally new to quilting, so is there a tool for making the scalloped edges of this quilt? Thanks!!
