I’ve been coming to your site off and on for a while,I’ve wanted to leave a comment but I decided to do it now. I hope that you haven’t left us. I really enjoy reading through all of your posts and your wonderful freebies. For me, “Redwork” has been my passion for several years. I love the history that it represents. My favorite thing is being able to find an old redwork design from the past…then being able to recreate it. I was wandering how you have been able to get a hold of such priceless finds as the Wurzburg designs? How can we get the designs? Are there any books or newspapers that have any more history or designs that we can read up on or see? How can we learn more about Ms. Jane Wurzburg? I love your website/blog!! I think that your devoted following is much more bigger now than you realize..hehhe! Thank you for so generously sharing your patterns which are quite delightful. Reminds me of the redwork I did at school, (decades ago!), and which I had long forgotten. I will enjoy stitching some and am sure I will become ‘hooked’ on them.

LOVE the patterns … I am a redwork addict and these designs are too, too precious! Being a MI resident, I loved the historical reference to the Grand Rapids area. How many patterns are there in all? I’d love to do a quilt with all these patterns specifically. Thanks so much for making them available and should you decide to publish them all, please let me know … and sign me up for a copy :0)!!
