When appliquéing light colors, don't you see the pigma pen marking through the fabric? I want to be sure I understood you correctly, as I use a pencil for light colors. Do you advise against that?

Thanks

Hello Gay....I live in Hanover, PA. I am a beginner quilter and I am looking for different stitches for hand applique'. I went to a bunch of sites to see if I could find some. I only know 3 different ones...fence rail, rickrack, chain stitch. Do you have any others that I might be able to use? The other sites that I found you have to become a member before you can even see the things...I think this is ridiculous, just to see some stich pattern for hand applique'. I need all the help I can get...lol. Thanks, Lynne in PA

PS
You should specify ur mail up there^...I thought it was for home address...lol.

Hi Sylvia,

Keep me posted on how you're doing with your project and let me know if you have any questions. I'll do my best to help. I'd love to see a picture of the quilt when it's finished.
Happy Stitches!
