Polka Dot Shuffle Quilt & Polka Dot Tote Bag

There are probably a million and a half other things I should be writing about today but with the new Lady Grace fabric collection coming out in the next couple of weeks I thought I should finally share a couple of the patterns based on the Petticoats and Polka Dots collection.

The first is a fun baby quilt called Polka Dot Shuffle. No two blocks are alike in this 38" x 48" crib quilt. It is all easy piecing and features blocks from the Petticoats and Polka Dots fabric collection. You could of course use any 5" finished size block but with these little cute babies why use anything else? The pattern and a kit for the quilt are available in the Online Store.

The second is Polka Dot Tote. I've always been in love with purses and tote bags so this one was so much fun with the rickrack trim and ruffle at the top. You have your choice of pattern or kit for this one too.

Fabric is available by the yard and I also have some fat quarter sets of the prints that coordinate with the embroidery panel fabrics.

That's it for this quick update. There's a tornado watch for our area until 10PM. Lightening struck a tree in our yard during the last storm and blew out half our power, our cable connection and sent Clutch and I running for cover so I think I'll turn the computer off as the storms approach.
