Sue’s Star – Free Pattern

Advertisements:

I've been focused this week on drafting a rather complex new pattern. Every once in a while I have to get up, walk away and take a break. During one of those little breaks I came across an "oldie but goodie" older pattern I hadn't looked at in quite a while. If my memory serves me correctly, it was the first in a series of little quilts I made called "Angel Verses". Each one had my favorite little Sunbonnet Sue and an embroidered verse. I'm not sure why I never got around to adding Sue's Star to the Online Store along with the other designs in the series but looking at it today I realize it's something I just want to share with you.

Sue's Star

It's a simple design but the sentiment is something I wish for each and every one of you. I hope you'll enjoy the design and maybe make it for those in your life near and dear to your heart.

In case you're wondering about the other quilts in the series they are -
American Sue

Sue's Blossom

Pumpkin Patch Sue

Starlight Christmas

It sounds like a good share of the United States is getting hammered with snow this week and they're predicting a messy day around here tomorrow. That's fine with me. I went out and got groceries this afternoon and I want to finish up that new pattern for you by the first of next week so I'll be happy if we get snowed in.

Enjoy the Sue's Star pattern and remember " Wherever you are...........reach for your star "
