Clutch, Zoe and I have had fun the last few days working on some new tutorials to add to the web site. The first one I've uploaded is on appliqueing those teeny tiny stems you encounter from time to time on both large and small quilt blocks. You know the ones that are about 1/8" wide. They can send shivers down the spine of even the most experienced quilter but they're really not as difficult as you'd think.

I had lots of practice several years ago when I designed my Heaven Scent quilt.

Whenever people see this quilt they ask me how I sewed the stems and little basket. I hope you'll enjoy the video tutorial and pick up a few tips that might be useful.
