Oy! Those “Y” seams are a bear. I like this set of blocks, however. By the way, I measured my one-inch scale before starting on the paper-piecing, and mine came out to the right size.

After three tries, I gave up on Block 10. I couldn’t get it to lie flat. I substituted the block you see in the lower right corner, which is called “Wedding Rings.”

Didn’t have much luck with this the other night. Let’s see if it works today. I really like these blocks so far . . . and I learned something new with that way of building the quarter square triangles. Nifty!
