A few months late, but I have finally assembled Section A. I think I need 7 more blocks to finish Section B.

Block #23

It’s taken me nearly a year and three tries, but I finally finished block # 23 – Grandma’s Favorite Compass. As the saying goes, done is better than perfect, so I did a bit of reverse machine applique to get the block done. In the grand scheme of things I think it will be OK.

The 4-patches and even the square in a square were simple enough. But I thought I’d never finish Cathedral Window Block #29. So, two more blocks to go on my catch up plan.

Sept 1

This is the first set of blocks I’ve gotten done timely in a while. My goal is to do at least three more before the next set is released.

Unit 7

I fell behind on my JT2 blocks. The Compass from Unit 6 is still not done, but I decided I better do some of the blocks before I get further behind. So, here are the blocks from Unit 7. Only 11 more blocks until I catch up.
