Unit 20
This was a fast little bunch. Now to put them together and we have 3/4 of our quilt.. Yippie.. Not sure when we are done what I’m going to do. 🙁 I really look forward to getting these. Its like a present twice a month. I’m sure I can get something else finished.. 🙂 Happy sewing.
You can come over and help me catch up. I got behind in the spring and have skipped a few hard ones to keep current. Between doing 2 courses for school online, preparing a team to go to India, and trying to catch up, I went on a weekend quilting retreat and worked on Dear Jane blocks. Tonight I am putting the binding on one that has been in my way for the past month. But always finding time to look after the tiny grand babies.
I too am looking forward to seeing everyone’s completed quilts.
I’ll be there to help you Chris. 🙂 I know what you mean about time. But always look forward to doing this with everything else I have going on. I too am working on my DJ blocks. That is another one I am determined to finish. We will do it. Keeps us young and and our minds busy. Take a breathe and enjoy life. Happy sewing.
So I took time out to watch a dumb movie with my husband. Not sure it is healthy to laugh so hard, but we did it together and now to get that binding attached.
I have lost count of the DJ blocks since I have several half done to show my girls but its upwards of 140 blocks and 12 triangles. I pin them up on to the 8 foot design wall in my quilt room and sit here and look at them more than I work on them.
