Unit 8 complete
I just could not bring myself to paper piece Block 29. I thought about it, but just got a big knot in my stomach for the thinking. So, I treated it like a big Jane block instead, using freezer paper patterns, and hand pieced it. I really like how it turned out. Paper piecing will be a last resort for me from now on.
OK — on to Unit 9…
Your block turned out great. Aren’t you glad there is more than one way to do something? Our brains are getting a good workout in this series.
