Because of my scrappy pallet I moved some blocks so that that the placement of value was more pleasing to me. Because my fabric for the large applique is so busy I felt like it didn’t need the diamond shaped cut-outs. I’m really liking how it’s coming together! Thanks Brenda and Gay for all your hard work to put this project together!

BROKEN HEARTED

Laurel beat me to it, but I had planned to make this change from the beginning! I had to finish this block in February. It has been 4 weeks today since I buried my husband, and I it has definitely been a broken hearted month for me.
