Hand Piecing

• After cutting out your fabric pieces you’ll place two shapes with right sides together. Pin through the corners of both pieces matching the stitching lines. You can add additional pins along the seam line if needed.



• Begin sewing right at the first corner pin (not the edge of the fabric). Sew across to the opposite corner and end with a knot.

• Add the additional pieces in the block using the same method.
  Most important in hand piecing is to always sew on the line and never sew into the 1/4” seam allowance.
