- Offered as a twin size quilt (68 x 89 inches) or full size quilt (78 x 90 inches).
- Manufactured and labeled as kit No. 4197 for Frederick Herrschner, Inc. Herrschner catalog description reads:Stamped on a background of fine white Nainsook with hand tinted appliques of fine Gingham. This pattern has taken first prize in several National Contests. Size 78 x 90 inches. Price $6.95
- Manufactured and labeled as kit No. 35W55 (Size 78 x 90) and No. 35W555 (68 x 90) for Robert Frank Needlework Supply Co. in a choice of white, pink or yellow background fabric. The 78 x 90 size kit sold for $8.65 postpaid. The 68 x 90 quilt kit was sold in a set of two for $14.75 postpaid.

- Formal Garden was the most popular kit quilt design manufactured by the Wurzburg Companies. **
- Manufactured and labeled as kit No. 3555Q in June 1939 for the May Co. in Cleveland, Ohio. Design was manufactured to include the center bouquet only with background fabric cut in one 96 inch long piece. A 20 inch wide border strip of background fabric was added to each side. The applique border was omitted and the area filled with additional quilting. The quilt’s finished size was approx. 76 x 96 inches.
