I hope everyone is enjoying the Fourth of July holiday weekend here in the U.S. Paul and Angela arrived last night and Rob arrived this morning so we're looking forward to some relaxing and fun in the sun. It's going to be a warm weekend. This is going to be kind of 'short and sweet' today so I can spend time with family.
Here's today's block from the antique quilt. It really is a pretty block. It doesn't appear in any of my block libraries and was a fun one to draft.
I haven't sewn my red and white block yet but this is how it looks drafted for the pattern. The name of the block is Logger's Star.
